Meringues with Mastic - Ashuplados kon almastica


These elegant, ivory-colored clouds of meringues are crunchy to bite into but yet so soft and chewy inside, infused with pine scented Greek crushed mastic and vanilla .

Meringues are really easy to prepare and can be transformed into an impressive prepare ahead desert, topped with generous dollops of sweetened whipped cream with an exotic tropical twist of sliced mangoes, pineapple and a drizzle of warm passion fruit syrup.
