The Jews of Spain share a love for meringue-cloud like magical confections we call in Ladino “ashuplados.”

Crisp and chewy with pine scented Greek mastic, these meringues with pillowy soft centers are a perfect dessert over Passover and this Easter weekend with dollops of whipped cream and seasonal berries. Happy festive season!
