A memorable Sephardic Cultural Evening was held at the Spanish embassy last week in Zimbabwe hosted by the Ambassador of Spain Alicia Moral. After the presentations the guests, which included many Ambassadors and the Spanish and Sephardic communities savored some of foods and flavours that could have been from our ancestral kitchens of the Jewish Quarters( las Juderias) of Córdoba, Granada or Toledo that date back to when we lived and flourished for centuries in our beloved homeland , Spain.
