Pinyonate consists of crunchy biscuit clusters cooked in a honey caramel syrup, adorned with toasted almonds. This traditional confection we inherited from our foremothers’ celebratory sweet repertoire from Rhodes Island. The unique presentation of this sweet treat on fresh lemon leaves is simply eye catching. Shabbat Shalom to you all!
